Zayadi Azul Islami

Zayadi Azul Islami is Vice President – Sales at SAVIC Technologies, bringing over 20 years of enterprise sales leadership across Asia-Pacific. He is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding SAVIC's market presence, and building strong client relationships across the region.

With deep expertise in SAP, ERP, HCM, SaaS, and CRM solutions, Zayadi has a proven track record of leading high-performance sales teams, developing strategic account plans, and delivering consistent business results across diverse industries and geographies.

Before joining SAVIC, Zayadi served as Country Business Director for Asia Pacific at Dexian (Jun 2025 – Present), managing sales, operations, HR, and business development across Malaysia and the Asia-Pacific region. He collaborated with global teams including Pre-Sales, Offshore Delivery, and Global Digital Practice to align business objectives and optimise service delivery.

Prior to that, he was Partner Success Manager (Asia-Pacific) at the Project Management Institute (Jan 2022 – Jul 2025), driving new client acquisition, consumption of PMI products, and account management across the region through targeted growth strategies.

At HCMI SEA Pacific (Aug 2016 – Dec 2021), Zayadi served as Senior Vice President – Sales & Business Development, helping organisations transform HR and financial data into actionable workforce intelligence. He led client relationships, business development, team leadership, and financial management across government, GLC, and corporate sectors.

Earlier, he held the role of Director, Regional Business and Operations (SEA) at Sage Software Pte Ltd (Nov 2011 – Jul 2016), specialising in ERP, HCM, SaaS, and CRM solutions across South East Asia — overseeing sales revenues, market segments, channel partners, and distributors. Before that, he spent over six years as Senior Business Manager at IBM Malaysia (Apr 2005 – Oct 2011), developing new business opportunities and managing client relationships across government and enterprise sectors.
