Emily Baugher

Emily Baugher serves as SAP Advisor – USA at SAVIC Technologies, advising on revenue growth strategies and enterprise positioning in the United States market. She brings over 20 years of executive leadership across enterprise technology, AI, cybersecurity, and global sales.

As CEO and Founder of EastEdge Advisory, LLC (Oct 2025 – Present), Emily advises senior leaders on business and technology growth strategy, including enterprise positioning in regulated and global markets. She is based in New York and works with organisations across the USA.

Emily is also a Senior Advisor at LLMWare by Ai Bloks (Sep 2025 – Present), an open-source framework for building Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and specialised agent-based applications with a focus on running small, fine-tuned language models locally, securely, and privately.

She has served as a Dean's Advisory Board Member at Tulane University School of Professional Advancement (Jun 2019 – Present), advising the Dean on growth strategies and curriculum development, including AI integration.

Prior to her advisory roles, Emily had a distinguished 6+ year career at HCLSoftware. As Vice President, Public Sector US Federal (Oct 2022 – Aug 2025), she built the Federal Go-to-Market Sales Team and consistently grew the business by double digits, with key focus areas including CyberSecurity (Zero Trust, DevSecOps, Endpoint Management, Patching, AI) and Digital Transformation.

At HCLSoftware, she also led the Global HCL Now Cloud Solution Offering as Global Sales Leader (Mar 2021 – Oct 2022), spearheaded the HCL Software VP for IBM and Kyndryl Relationships (May 2020 – May 2022), and led Banking, Financial Markets & Insurance (May 2019 – May 2020). Her breadth of enterprise sales and technology leadership makes her a valuable strategic advisor to SAVIC's US growth ambitions.
