Nirbhay, has more than 25 years of experience as Delivery leader and is an Assistant Vice President in SAVIC.

He was a versatile and seasoned delivery leader with a proven track record of exceeding expectations, including managing CxO level relationships. As a leader, he was accountable for managing customer relationships, driving account growth, and overseeing delivery across the globe with Capgemini.

Throughout his career, he has spearheaded complex multi-vendor IT transformation projects and brought in new business for clients from various geographies, including North America, UK, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, and Norway. As an inclusive leader, he has instrumental in nurturing talent and developing high-performing teams.

His key competencies include client engagement, program management, quality and service excellence initiatives, transition management, account mining, transformation, and innovation, and people development. He has passionate about driving client success and building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
