Ever since its inception SAVIC has been very keen regarding teamwork. Teamwork involves different people and different groups across our business working together to maximize their efficiency and reach a common goal. We know it and also realize that teamwork is one of the foundation pillars for any organization.
In SAVIC diversity at the workplace refers to a workforce composed
of individuals of varying gender, religion, race, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, education, and other attributes. And no doubt it has led to a plethora of benefits – both from an internal and external perspective.
It’s been said that success at work leads to happiness, But SAVIC believes the other way- happiness at work leads to success. Because although success can bring happiness, to create great work, the employees’ health, wellbeing and happiness is the most important factor.
What makes our workplace a place of work? it’s our human workers, also known as the human capital, that determine both the quality of our workplace and the future of the organization. The more engaged they are, the better it is for the organization.
We believe money alone is not enough to keep most employees satisfied and doing their best work. In actuality, praise and recognition are often more meaningful and effective ways of motivating workers.
Ask anyone in the workforce what they most desire from their superiors, and the answer is likely to be treated with dignity and respect. As a respectful workplace SAVIC is one where acts of professionalism, integrity, trust, fairness, openness, and understanding are the norm.
Businesses are bound to crash once their customers are repeatedly turned off by their experiences with the employees to the point they seek alternatives. In order for our company to grow, we ensure positive customer experiences are the norm with our staff
For SAVIC it is important to have a set of clear organizational core values that are communicated effectively and discussed with the employees so that they feel part of it. It is the commitment that we as an organization or a company make to certain policies and actions.
We as an employer have an obligation to provide our staff with a good work environment that is free from harassment, discrimination, and unsafe conditions. We are responsible for meeting the needs of the employees in other areas.
Such strong culture positions have done wonders in attracting new talent, building the core DNA of our organization, and empowering the leadership team to focus on the right problems to solve. In SAVIC open work culture is more about the psychological vibe of the office.
