Mahalakshmi M is a seasoned and highly skilled IT professional with 11 years of multifaceted experience, including 3 years in HR recruitment and 8 years as an SAP HCM Functional Consultant.

Throughout her career, Mahalakshmi has cultivated a deep understanding of both HR processes and IT solutions, which allows her to bridge the gap between technology and business needs.

Her comprehensive expertise spans across various SAP HCM modules including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration (PA), and Organizational Management (OM).

In addition to her proficiency in end-to-end SAP HCM implementations, Mahalakshmi is well-versed in advanced technical processes such as data migration using LSMW and BDC, the configuration of Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), and the creation of schemas tailored to business requirements.

These technical skills are coupled with her hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), where she excels in preparing test cases, managing testing cycles, and resolving complex issues to ensure smooth deployment.

Her deep involvement in hyper-care and post-go-live support ensures that SAP HCM solutions are optimized and that client systems continue to operate without disruption after the project is completed.
