        SAP Supporting Implementation Tools Access

        The purpose of this deliverable is to set up the access for all team members to the SAP Support Portal, SAP Best Practices and the SAP Activate Jam.

        Fit-to-Standard Analysis Preparation

        The purpose of this deliverable is to prepare for the fit-to-standard analysis by downloading the SAP Best Practices content, reviewing the services scope contract, and reviewing the configuration possibilities.

        Customer Team Self-Enablement

        The purpose of this deliverable is for the customer to learn different elements of the SAP system and SAP Activate methodology

        Project Initiation and Governance

        The purpose of the Project Initiation and Governance deliverable is to formally recognize that a new project exists and to initiate the work on the project. 

    • EXPLORE

        The purpose of this phase is to execute a fit-to-standard analysis to authenticate the solution capabilities involved in the project scope and to check that the business needs can be fulfilled. Recognized delta configuration values are added to the backlog for use in the next phase.

        Execution/Monitoring of Project

        The purpose of this deliverable is to carry out the planned and approved project work and measure project performances to identify variances from the plan. 

        Fit-to-Standard Analysis

        The purpose of this deliverable is to validate the predefined processes, processes and enhancements to customer requirements and identify delta requirements.

        Customer Execution of Standard Processes

        The purpose of this deliverable is for all business process experts to execute the standard processes demonstrated in the fit-to-standard workshops in the Starter System.

        Solution Definition

        The purpose of this deliverable is to ensure all documentation captured during the fit-to- standard workshops is complete.

        Integration Planning and Design

        The purpose of the deliverable is to develop an aligned and optimized list of integrations to be implemented and tested during the Realize phase.

        Extension Planning and Design

        The purpose of the deliverable is to plan, design and sign off business process extensions.

        Phase Closure and Sign-Off Phase Deliverables

        The purpose of this deliverable is to formally close the phase and conduct deliverable sign- off.

    • REALIZE

        The objective of this phase is to create and test an integrated business and system landscape that is based on the process needs recognized in the earlier phase and captured in the backlog. During this phase, the project team loads customer data into the system, plans adoption activities, and prepares cutover plans and plans for operationally running the solution.

        Solution Extension Development

        The purpose of this deliverable is to realize of the extensions to the solution.

        OCM Alignment Activities

        The purpose of this deliverable is to identify and assess other Organizational Change Management activities related to the OCM execution plan.

        Integration of SuccessFactors Employee Central in the Quality System

        The purpose of this deliverable is the setup of the Employee Central Integration in the Quality landscape if Employee central is part of the implementation scope.

        Test Preparation

        The purpose of this deliverable is to prepare the test scenarios, test cases, and/or test scripts for test execution

        Integration Setup in the Productive Landscape

        The purpose of this deliverable is to set up the Integration in Production system. 

        Legacy Data Migration

        The purpose of this deliverable is to develop, test, and execute the data migration programs and processes defined in the Explore phase.

        Learning Content

        The purpose of this deliverable is to develop the learning material for SAP customers to learn about the products and business processes.

        The purpose of the phase closure and sign-off deliverable is to

    • DEPLOY

        The purpose of this phase is to set up the production system, conduct cutover, ensure customer organization readiness, and to swift business process to the new system.

        Execution/Monitoring of Project

        The purpose of this deliverable is for the project team to carry out the planned and approved project work and measures project performance to identify variances from the plan.

        OCM Execution Activities

        The purpose of this deliverable is to execute on the Organizational Change Management activities related to the OCM execution plan in the Deploy phase.

        System Go-Live

        The purpose of this deliverable is to set the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system to a Run status which notifies SAP support that P-system is being used for productive business operations.         The purpose of this deliverable is to review the learning plan that has been developed in previous phases and to execute that plan to deploy and deliver learning content to end users.
