In this step, the team that has been allocated to the project by the RMO are now onboarded. During the onboarding process, a presentation is given to explain the SoW, the BPML and the RICEFW along with their counts. The RMO then explains the project governance process in accordance with the Agile System along with the sprint delivery model. The PPT also includes the code of conduct which is to be followed at all times while working for the customer along with the customer's office hours. Immediately after the presentation is over, a short quiz is conducted to see if the consultants have clearly understood all the necessary details. Once this is done, the kickoff meeting which was scheduled according to the customer’s convenience is then convened.
