RIJ is an integrated OE Gear manufacturer, providing high quality machining support to the automotive sector in India. Our product line includes Helical and Spur Gears, Transmission Shafts and allied Assemblies for cars, trucks and tractors. We can offer machined forgings up to 10 kgs and DIN 8 helical and spur gears up to 400 mm diameter and 6 module, as per customer design. We also produce Synchro Sleeves and Synchro Rings with state of the art plug quenching facility with respect to PCD of internal splines for unmatched spline accuracies after heat treatment.
